Alpha Information processed
We process your Telegram ID and public profile, wallet balance, orders, payment status, browser authorization sessions and basic security logs such as IP address and request time.
How it is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver products, maintain balances, prevent abuse, provide support and meet legal requirements. Alpha APIs does not sell personal information.
API keys
Purchased keys are delivered privately through AlphaApis Bot. Key Check forwards a submitted key once over HTTPS to the upstream status endpoint. We do not intentionally persist the submitted key. Never post a key in public chats or screenshots.
Retention and choices
Browser sessions expire after seven days. Order and transaction records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention and disputes. Contact @HeatedMorning for applicable access or deletion requests.
